We employed Mick Cox of MD bathroom design to re-vamp our en-suite bathroom in 2008.
This involved stripping out a bath, toilet and washbasin, removing the tiles from the wall and renewing the floor in places.
The bath was replaced by a shower and the toilet was moved to a different position. The walls were retiled and floor was covered by waterproof flooring materials. The power shower necessitated the installation of a pump and the necessary pipe work and the requisite electrics. I was impressed by the professional way in which the estimate was made and submitted.
The work was completed in the timescale quoted and the team of workers were neat and polite in their work.
Two outside contractors were employed for the electrical jobs and the tiling both of whom were excellent.
After about 10 months the shower failed Mick spent the necessary time in replacing the failed pump and valve.
Since then it has never given a moments trouble. This service contrasted very favourably with another local firm who did our main bathroom and were nothing like as professional in their service. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.
